   Scene 1: Trevor and Sydney have gotten into an argument. She ends up slapping trevor across the face setting the dialogue for the film Scene 2: Sydni storms off as she is furious. Trevor is laying there in complete sadness. the camera zooms into Trevor and shows how he lower my head to portray how sad he is. Scene 3: Jump cuts to Trevor driving in a car on the road. The camera shot is over the shoulder to gradually show how he is about to have flashbacks of times when he was very happy Scene 4: Quickly zooms into Trevor's head and jump cuts to a memory of him and Sydney on the couch with the cam behind the tv, slowly pan. Scene 5: Jump-cut back to Trevor driving cam positioned just like scene 3. Quickly zooming into Trevor's head for transition. Scene 6: Jump cut to Trevor and Sydni ice skating camera tracks the subjects, positioned medium length away.     Props:  Props wise, for our music video to Kid Cudis pursuit of happiness the main prop we will use will be a car. We may After discussing our music video idea, we will not need many props, we will mainly be utilizing our surroundings in our locations. For one of the scenes, we decided we will film at the beach for this we would include a towel. Another scene will be filmed in a house for these scenes we will be using props such as a couch.    Costumes: In our music video, there will be two main actors. For the scenes shot in the locations such as the car and house they will have on casual clothing. For the scene at the beach they will be in normal beach attire such as bathing suits.    Schedule 9 On 11/9/21 we began the project and wrote our Intro and Group blogs and picked the song On 11/11/21 we reviewed the genre and the common features that were in similar videos On 11/15/21 we planned out our video and created our storyboard On 11/17/21 we will polish off all of the lighting,

    ·       The song we chose through researching was pursuit of happiness by Kid Cudi.    Our research:   ·       One thing we notice about his music videos is he uses a lot of high angle shots to show him dancing.  ·       As well as tracking shot to follow him around as he sings.  ·       Another thing commonly used by him is the use of animated colors or added color. ·       There were bright color changes when happy lyrics or bright chords were struck, and darker colors when a more monocratic message or feeling is conveyed by the music.  ·       The themes of his music videos are often based around nostalgia and have a nostalgic feel.  ·       These were all achieved with the video editing to make the film have a "vintage" feel.  ·       The genre of the chosen song is hip hop.  ·       Watching the music videos there were very reoccurring themes in them in the portrayal of love. ·        Love is a very common niche used, whether its presented by partners or metaphors. 

                   I am very excited for this music video project. For this project, I have a completely new group. I will be working with Trevor Regli, Denton Greenleaf, and Ayden Marshall. This is much different than a group I would normally choose. I choose to work with this group optionally and am open to their thoughts/ideas and opinions. I am excited to see what we can come up with as a group. Based off of this groups previous work I really enjoy their creativity, effort and sense of humor. This group consists of many different personalities. Trevor is always upbeat and energetic but will get the work done and put in the effort when needed. Denton, I have known for a while, he does like to joke around however when it comes down to the work he is smart. Ayden from what I have seen is very creative and has a good work ethic and puts in lots of effort. I feel like we all listen and respect each other’s opinions and ideas very well.        My name is Sydni Lavalle-Stablein. I was born in Florida and have lived there my whole life. I am currently a sophomore at Fort Lauderdale high school. I also have a twin brother. I have been in dance since the age of two and have been competing for eight years now. I try my best to balance out school and my everyday life. Things I like to do include, going to the gym, hanging out with friends, traveling, dance and some types of art. One of the things I feel take priority in my life is surrounding myself with things that make me happy and a better person. Some facts about me include my favorite color is pink, I love to shop and spend my money, I have a growing interest in cars and my favorite food is pasta with butter. A life goal I have for myself would be, to be able to pursue a career that is flexible and I enjoy doing. I would also love to be able to travel wherever and whenever I want.
