Intro blog

     My name is Sydni Lavalle-Stablein. I was born in Florida and have lived there my whole life. I am currently a sophomore at Fort Lauderdale high school. I also have a twin brother. I have been in dance since the age of two and have been competing for eight years now. I try my best to balance out school and my everyday life. Things I like to do include, going to the gym, hanging out with friends, traveling, dance and some types of art. One of the things I feel take priority in my life is surrounding myself with things that make me happy and a better person. Some facts about me include my favorite color is pink, I love to shop and spend my money, I have a growing interest in cars and my favorite food is pasta with butter. A life goal I have for myself would be, to be able to pursue a career that is flexible and I enjoy doing. I would also love to be able to travel wherever and whenever I want. I have done quit some traveling in my life. However somewhere that I a have not been and would really want to go in the near future would have to be Greece. My favorite time of the year would probably be the months of oct-dec and June-July. My least favorite subject in school currently would be math. My favorite subject in school would probably be design. I recently got a job, which I also enjoy. On my free time outside of school, my favorite thing to do is to go out with my friends. Something I am looking forward to in the near future is dance competition season starting. This is the most busy time of the year but it is something that brings me much joy. Pursing dance after high school is also a goal I expect to achieve. That’s all about me!

       Here is our finished film. I am so excited to share this with you all. I had so much fun working on this project. I learned plenty of new things. I enjoyed working as a group. Each and everyone of us had our strengths and weaknessess. I cannot wait to apply the skills I learned in the process to future projects. I will continue to reasearch and learn new things about film as it is very interesting to me. Overall I am satisfied with how it turned out. And I cannot wait to see how I can continue to improve.

    Props:  Props wise, for our music video to Kid Cudis pursuit of happiness the main prop we will use will be a car. We may After discussing our music video idea, we will not need many props, we will mainly be utilizing our surroundings in our locations. For one of the scenes, we decided we will film at the beach for this we would include a towel. Another scene will be filmed in a house for these scenes we will be using props such as a couch.    Costumes: In our music video, there will be two main actors. For the scenes shot in the locations such as the car and house they will have on casual clothing.
