Easy day

     

   Today was a light day. Originally our plans were different. We had planned on doing some filming. However, it was not going to work with everyone’s schedule. It was also raining outside so I texted the group suggesting we film a different day. I then suggested we should all discuss our plan for the continuation of our project. We decided to all meet up and review our plan. I got there and we were only missing one group member. This was why we didn’t film because not all of us were free. The first thing I did was pull up the footage we already filmed. This was so we could get a visual of what we already had done. We realized there were a few errors in some of the clips. This will be a problem we will deal with later. On the next filming day, we will re-film these clips. After this I suggested some costume ideas. I figured I had some stuff that would work that I could bring for our next filming day. Then we discussed what the overall film will look like once completely put together with sound and everything. We still are undecided on what sound we will use, but we have an overall idea of what sound we will use. I feel we are much more organized after this discussion/planning. I am excited to continue the process.

       Here is our finished film. I am so excited to share this with you all. I had so much fun working on this project. I learned plenty of new things. I enjoyed working as a group. Each and everyone of us had our strengths and weaknessess. I cannot wait to apply the skills I learned in the process to future projects. I will continue to reasearch and learn new things about film as it is very interesting to me. Overall I am satisfied with how it turned out. And I cannot wait to see how I can continue to improve.

    Props:  Props wise, for our music video to Kid Cudis pursuit of happiness the main prop we will use will be a car. We may After discussing our music video idea, we will not need many props, we will mainly be utilizing our surroundings in our locations. For one of the scenes, we decided we will film at the beach for this we would include a towel. Another scene will be filmed in a house for these scenes we will be using props such as a couch.    Costumes: In our music video, there will be two main actors. For the scenes shot in the locations such as the car and house they will have on casual clothing.
